Keith Peeples, brings to BME over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and sales training in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining BME he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Advanced Bio-Surfaces, Inc., an orthopedic company which manufactures an interpositional knee implant system. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Peeples was Vice President of Sales at The ASC Network, which offers a supply solution to physician owned or procedure based centers. From 1995-1998, Mr. Peeples was Director of Sales for North and South America at Medtronic / InStent, a provider of self expanding nitinol stents for gastroenterology, urology, radiology and peripheral vascular procedures. Mr. Peeples also worked as the Western Regional Sales Manager and as an independent sales representative with Pentax Precision Instrument Corp., a provider of flexible endoscopes, from 1981 to 1995. Mr. Peeples has a B.A. in Biology from the Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Dave Pancratz, VP of Operations, has over 20 years experience in engineering, R&D, finance, and marketing. As a manager at a biomedical consulting firm, he managed an engineering department and led R&D projects in the area of biomechanics. At a publicly held biotech company, he served as Sr. Director of Finance and Sr. Director of Market Research. He has undergraduate and graduate mechanical engineering degrees from the University of Notre Dame and Stanford University respectively, and received an MBA from the University of Texas San Antonio. He is also a licensed professional engineer in Texas.

Lisa Parker, Director, Finance & Administration, has been a member of the BME team since May 2005. Prior to her current role, Lisa served as BME’s Assistant Controller and Human Resources Manager. Mrs. Parker has over 15 years experience in finance, administration, and human resources in various industries including construction, engineering, and architectural services.  She attended Stephen F. Austin State University.

Joe Soward, Director of Quality Assurance, joined BME in 1997 and has been in Quality Assurance management for over 25 years including positions in the nuclear power industry. He developed the BME Quality Assurance System to comply with FDA regulations and international standards. He led the effort to achieve BME’s ISO Certification. He attended Lamar University and graduated from the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power School in Bainbridge, MD.

Eric Marcano, Marketing Manager, has filled diverse roles within the orthopedic industry for 18 years as a clinician in sports rehabilitation, university instructor in athletic training, independent sales representative, and regional sales manager. He was a product specialist and managed the eastern U.S. for Kinetikos Medical, Inc. (KMI) and has worked as a professional speaker and consultant in the areas clinical education and sales training. Published in the field of management, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Eric joined BME in February 2006 as Southeastern Regional Sales Manager.
